(1) About us Business Leaders is an online recruitment and professional networking site. These Terms and conditions are intended to inform you of Business Leaders’s policies and practices regarding the use of the Website by you the user and collection, use and disclosure of any Personal Information you submit to us through our Website.
Business Leaders Limited ("Business Leaders", "us" or "we") respects the privacy of the visitors to its Website, the home page of which is located at http://www.businessleadersuk.com ("Website").
"user" or “you” means anyone using and/or visiting the Website for any purpose.
"Community Area" is parts of the Website that require a registration password to access, either to read or add content.
"Content" is any digital information that you upload to be stored on the Website, including and not limited to photographs, news items, blogs, listings, forum posts and comments.

Where you are using the Website or entering into an agreement on behalf of an organisation you confirm that you have the legal right to do so.
(b) Where the registration for use of the Website is on behalf of an organisation and other persons (for example employees) use the Website, the organisation specifically confirms that it takes full responsibility for that use and that the organisation, as well as the individuals, will be deemed to be the users for the purposes of these Terms and any subsequent action as a result of breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website..

You are aware that you will enter into a separate agreement, which has nothing to do with us and you must make yourself aware of the terms of such agreement. (c) We do not tolerate unsolicited commercial communications, any junk mail, chain letters, unsolicited mail such as Spam or other such similar conduct and you confirm that you will not engage in any such activity. URLs are allowed providing the link is relevant, useful and necessary.
(d) All users agree that they will not take any action nor fail to take action, as appropriate, that will in any way undermine the system of sharing of experiences, opinions, statements, recommendations, and any information.
(e) All users agree that any post onto the Website that they make can be freely used, copied, published, translated and distributed in any medium and in any form including for advertising and promotional purposes by us and any other person or organisation without your permission and that it is not subject to any copyright unless specifically marked as such by ©.
(6) Responsibility and Misuse
(a) In addition to all the other clauses contained herein, you agree that you will solely be responsible for your use of any services provided to you and that you will use the service legally and only for the purposes that it is intended to be used. 3.To cause any screen in the Community Area to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type to it or any action to a similar disruptive effect;
4.To impersonate in the Community Area any person;
5.To disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in the Community Area or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;
6.To post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in the Community Area, except in any areas that are designated for such a purpose.
7.To intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws.
8. Any posting which violates the Community Standards will be removed and Business Leaders reserves the right to close accounts of any persistent violators of these Standards. The length of suspension will be at the discretion of our Community Team and can be permanent.If your account is suspended or banned, you will be prevented from posting on our boards or registering new accounts with us. If you continue to contravene these Terms and Conditions or post during a suspension or ban, we reserve the right to contact your Internet Service Provider or employer.9. You may not post any message in the Community Area, which Business Leaders considers may be perceived to be an advertisement.
(7) Copyright
(a) The copyright in the material contained in the Website and all the basic content (including but not limited to text, images, marks and logos their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software) with the exception of experiences, opinions, statements, recommendations, ratings, and information posted on the site by individual users and advertisements is subject to copyright which belongs to us. All rights are reserved. This means that users have a licence to simply use the site but this does not convey to you any rights of ownership nor any rights to use or display the copyrighted information in any way. Likewise, there is no partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or any other form of relationship between any website user or advertiser and us.

(9) Content
(a) You and any others authorised by you or otherwise on your behalf must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. Business Leaders shall not be responsible for any Content. Business Leaders may display, modify, transmit, distribute or delete any Content, which you upload or transmit to the Community Area without needing further permission from you. Business Leaders does not however guarantee the publication of any Content. Business Leaders does not pre-screen or monitor Content on the Message Boards as a matter of policy but may in its sole discretion do so in relation to the Message Boards or Readers Comments.
(b) Business Leaders shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content, which is deemed in Business Leaders sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules Business Leaders has in place at the time. Business Leaders may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all or no areas of the Community Area for adherence to this Agreement or Business Leaders rules. The views expressed in the Community Area are personal to the member and/or host and are in no way representative of the views of Business Leaders and are not to be taken to be endorsed by Business Leaders in any way.
(c) We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which the Website has links.
(10) Liability Disclaimer
(a) We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data on the Website is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. We do not monitor, verify or endorse information submitted by third parties for posting on the Website and you should be aware that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained on the Website. (d) To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, Business Leaders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Community Area or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Community Area or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of profits, use, data, or other intangible properties whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence but not where resulting in death or personal injury), product liability or otherwise, even if Business Leaders has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not give any warranty that the Website is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
(11) Assignment
(a) The rights given or obligations and duties imposed on a user or advertiser cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, delegated, conveyed rented, subcontracted or shared in any way by you and nobody else can benefit but you. A copy of this agreement will be admissible in the case of any dispute or in any proceedings.
(b) We reserve the right to transfer, sell, assign, delegate, convey, rent, subcontract or share all or any part of the rights, duties or obligations and provision of the Website.
