The key here is to provide an objective view, to help get clarity around certain key questions, to ensure no obstacles are avoided and that the action plan moving forwards is detailed and realistic.
The coaching is split into four one hour telephone coaching sessions.
The structure of the sessions would be as such:
1. Clarity around the future direction of your career
2. Current situation – what’s going wrong, what obstacles are in the way
3. Current situation – areas for development
4. Action planning – development of a detailed and realistic action plan to move you forwards
The cost for the programme would be £400 and this would include all email and phone support between sessions and all supporting exercises and materials.
