Jon Mitchell: 

Jon’s background consists of six years experience in the marketing and advertising agency world followed by four years experience of setting up, running and ultimately selling his own recruitment consultancy.

Jon trained as a Coach with Coaching and Mentoring International (now part of The Coaching Academy) and specifically as a Career Coach with Firework Career Coaching.

Jon has been a full time Career and Executive Coach for the last four and a half years and specialises in two areas of coaching – Career Transition & Development and Performance & Leadership coaching.

Sara Luxmoore:

Leaving the Services in 2006, after six years in the Forces, Sara spent two years in an operations management role with The Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust, before joining Business Leaders in 2008. Sara draws on experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation in an overlapping role with the public and commercial sectors.

Having recently made the transition from the Services, Sara has a good understanding of the challenges that Service leavers face and of the strengths and experiences they can bring to organisations.

Sara focuses on our engineering roles both in the UK and aboard. She is also responsible for our work experience programmes.
